Placing an order involves two separate payments at different stages. Here is the complete process from start to finish.
1. Review your cart — Make sure all items, quantities, and variants are correct.
2. Select QC services (optional) — Choose whether you want photo-taking and/or item counting at our China warehouse. If selected, we will photograph and count your items when they arrive and send the photos to you on LINE for confirmation before shipping. If not selected, items will be shipped out without inspection.
3. Review order summary — Check the total including product costs, service fees, and domestic shipping (from the seller to our China warehouse).
4. Confirm and pay — Tap "Place Order" to proceed to the payment screen. This first payment covers the product cost, service fee, and the seller's domestic shipping fee.
After payment, we purchase the items from the 1688 seller on your behalf and handle all communication with the supplier.
Once your items arrive at our China warehouse, they are shipped to our Thailand warehouse. When items reach our Thailand warehouse, you will be notified to make a second payment for international shipping.
This second payment covers two legs of delivery:
— China warehouse to Thailand warehouse (international freight)
— Thailand warehouse to your doorstep (local delivery)
A detailed price breakdown is provided so you can see the cost of each leg. Once payment is confirmed, your package will be delivered to your address.
After placing your order, it goes through the following stages:
Pending — Order created, awaiting first payment.
Paid — First payment received, order submitted to the seller on 1688.
Shipped by Seller — Seller has shipped the items to our China warehouse.
Arrived at China Warehouse — Items received, ready for international shipping.
In Transit to Thailand — Items shipped from China warehouse to Thailand warehouse.
Arrived at Thailand Warehouse — Awaiting second payment for last-mile delivery.
Out for Delivery — Second payment received, package on its way to your doorstep.
Delivered — Items delivered to your address.
