We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. Here is how it works.

When Can I Cancel?

You can cancel or request changes at any time before items are shipped out from the warehouse.

Before payment — You can cancel freely with no charges.

After payment, before warehouse ships — Contact us on LINE to request cancellation. A refund will be processed.

After warehouse ships — Cancellation is not possible once items have been shipped out from the warehouse.

Damage & Claims

If your items are lost or damaged during shipping, you can file a claim. Compensation is up to three times the international shipping fee for the affected items.

To file a claim, contact us on LINE with your order number and photos of the damaged items. Our team will review your case and process the claim.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us on LINE or go to your order and tap "Request Refund."

2. Provide your bank account details (bank name, account number, and account holder name) so we can process the refund.

3. Your refund will be transferred to your bank account within 3 business days.
