Each customer is assigned a unique 5-letter marker. This marker is included in our China warehouse address. When you ship packages to our warehouse, we scan them and identify ownership by this marker.
1. Copy your unique China warehouse address from the platform — it contains your 5-letter marker.
2. When purchasing from any Chinese supplier, use this warehouse address as the delivery address.
3. The supplier ships the package to our China warehouse. We scan it and match it to your account using your marker.
4. You will be notified on LINE when the package arrives at our warehouse.
5. From here, the process is the same as regular orders — items are shipped to our Thailand warehouse, and you pay the international shipping fee when they arrive.
You can find your unique China warehouse address and 5-letter marker in the platform. Make sure to include the marker exactly as shown when providing the address to your supplier — this is how we identify that the package belongs to you.
With the shipping-only service, you only pay for international shipping — the same second payment as regular orders. This covers both legs: China warehouse to Thailand warehouse, and Thailand warehouse to your doorstep. A detailed price breakdown is provided when payment is due.
