We provide real-time tracking for your shipments at every stage of the delivery process.
1. Arrived at China Warehouse — Your items have arrived from the seller and have been checked in.
2. QC Inspection (if selected) — If you opted for photo-taking or counting services, we will inspect your items and send photos to you on LINE. Items will be held until you confirm.
3. Packaging — Your items are being consolidated and packed for international shipping.
4. In Transit (China → Thailand) — Your shipment has left our China warehouse and is on its way to Thailand via sea or land freight.
5. Arrived at Thailand Warehouse — Your shipment has arrived at our Thailand warehouse and cleared customs. You will be notified to make your second payment.
6. Out for Delivery — Second payment received. Your package is with the local courier and will be delivered to your doorstep.
7. Delivered — Your package has been delivered to your address.
To track your shipment, go to My Orders, find the relevant order, and tap "Track Shipment." You will see a timeline view showing the current status and history of your package. You will also receive automatic notifications via LINE when your shipment status changes.
You can also view items currently stored at our China warehouse. Go to My Orders > Warehouse to see all items that have arrived from sellers but have not yet been shipped to Thailand. From here, you can create a new shipment to combine multiple orders into one delivery.
